We have a fantastic opportunity for a HSE Officer who wishes to join a supportive company that drives safety, quality and building strong relationships with clients and subbies, while leading a team to deliver excellence and have fun while doing it.


The role


At McNab our Health Safety and Environment Officers are proactive construction professionals who are wanting to build on previously gained experience in managing safety through leading by example on site on a daily basis, and understanding building processes to work collaboratively with the site team they are a part of.

In addition to this, we're looking for someone who:

  • Has a dedicated and committed approach to a Safety First culture;
  • Demonstrates experience as a health and safety professional on commercial construction sites;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • A trade qualification is highly desirable;
  • The willingness to be routinely visible on site;
  • Team oriented supporting and working with your team;
  • A proven track record influencing a diverse group of people;
  • In addition to the above you must have a minimum qualification of a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety or similar
