Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.Our people enable the Courts Group to deliver on each jurisdictions own strategic priorities while also pursuing strategic opportunities that are interconnected and deliver benefits more broadly.

About the RoleLead the design, development, and implementation of a strategic approach to organisational wellbeing, mental performance optimisation, and the contemporary management of psychosocial hazards.

Working alongside Courts Group risk experts, design and implement a contemporary psychosocial risk management framework and risk assessment tools to enhance the pro-active management of psychosocial hazards with a focus on preventative programs.

Develop and deliver tailored, contemporary education, training, and promotion programs to enhance psychosocial health, wellbeing, and mental performance, including effective skills-based application within the workplace.

About You10+ years' experience with enhancing the mental performance and wellbeing of individuals and teams across high performance domains, where personnel are exposed to high job demands, including psychosocial hazards.

Undergraduate psychology or medical qualification (e.g., human factors, performance/sports psychology, organisational psychology, occupational physician etc.).
