In this role, you will be responsible for assisting site teams in managing their quality assurance obligations.

From conducting site QA audits to documenting quality concerns, you'll play a crucial role in promoting a culture of continual improvement within their esteemed organisation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years building onsite QA experience.
  • Motivated with strong communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Procore or similar software.
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications.

  • Conduct site QA audits and prepare reports summarising quality issues and recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Review and monitor project quality, providing feedback to management.

  • Contribute to the development of Quality Management Plans and procedures.
  • Promote awareness and provide training in Quality Management Plans and relevant systems.
  • Develop and maintain Quality Control functions within online repositories.
  • Provide reports, including compiling Quality Committee minutes and tracking quality data across sites.
