About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator to join our National Strata Support team at PICA Group. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality and that our staff are well-trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain high standards through regular audits, data analysis, and collaboration to address and resolve quality issues.
- Training: Design, deliver, and assess training programs to meet the needs of new and existing employees, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
- Feedback Management: Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery and promote a culture of open and constructive feedback.
About You:
- You have proven experience in quality assurance, training, and feedback management.
- Desired but not required is a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Education, Quality Management) or possess equivalent experience.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret quality metrics.
- You excel in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a call centre environment is not essential but strongly preferred.
