We are seeking a Global Executive Researcher to join our Executive Talent Acquisition team.
Purpose of the RoleThe Global Executive Researcher will play a vital role in the Executive Talent Acquisition Team, primarily tasked with researching and identifying potential candidates for high-level roles across the organization. This position involves in-depth market research, forming candidate longlists, and contributing to talent intelligence projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Mapping:
- Utilize various platforms to conduct thorough market research and mapping, including aggregators and LinkedIn.
- Identify and approach potential candidates for executive roles and develop market maps for key positions.
- Longlisting:
- Collaborate with Global Executive Search Consultants to understand project briefs.
- Create comprehensive longlists of qualified candidates for specific executive search projects.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Reach out to candidates, presenting the company positively and generating interest in joining the dentsu executive team.
- Data and Insights:
- Use internal data and external tools to gather market insights for talent initiatives.
- Assist in creating market insights reports to support executive hiring decisions.
- Learning Agility:
- Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic recruitment environment.
- Manage multiple search projects efficiently.
- Previous experience in executive search projects in a firm or internal recruitment setting.
- Worked on c-suite mandates globally.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate globally.
- Adaptability and learning agility.
- Business level Japanese is a plus.
- Permanent role.
