Seeking a dynamic Manager - Technology to lead the technology initiatives and drive innovation in the procurement and supply chain services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology management, particularly within procurement or supply chain, and a passion for integrating advanced technologies into business processes.

Description

  • Develop and implement technology strategies to enhance procurement and supply chain consulting services.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee the integration of AI, machine learning, and data analytics into procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Engage with clients to understand their technological needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep at the cutting edge of procurement and supply chain technology.
  • Manage budgets, time lines, and resources for technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in technology management, with a focus on procurement or supply chain.
  • Proven experience in leading technology teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes and the technological tools that support them.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and other emerging technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a consultancy environment is a plus.
