The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a dedicated team committed to surpassing client expectations and fostering remarkable growth building upon recent achievements.

As the Business Development Manager, your role is pivotal in creating campaigns that align with our strategy to fulfill our vision, mission, and strategy.

You must possess exceptional communication skills to elaborate on our strategy and related campaigns, as well as achieve sales targets crucial to our success. An adept relationship builder, you should gather market and competitor insights and translate them effectively into actions.

As the ideal candidate, you will bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in successful business development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing effective business development strategies, specifically in Maritime, Land, or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR).
  • Solid comprehension of the Australian market and industry trends.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven capability to establish and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Valid AGSVA NV1 security clearance.
