Business Development Manager / Sales Rep

ACS Print Group are a professional Brisbane based Print Management company specialising in major events, signage, creative services, digital and offset print, online platforms, and promotional products.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving measurable, commission-based results that will benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach and strengthens our existing client relationships. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.

Sales experience within the printing industry would be highly regarded but not essential, if you have drive, determination, a desire to improve, and can SELL, then irrespective of your experience we will teach you what you need to know.

You must have a friendly, engaging personality, intelligence, good negotiation skills, a competitive spirit, end-to-end sales experience, and the ability to conduct oneself professionally, honourably and with integrity.

Your role:

  • Lead the delivery of significant sales growth to the business.
  • Conduct industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
  • Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients.
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
  • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities.
  • Write business proposals for new clients.
  • Report to senior management on business strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Increase the client base through attending networking events, researching prospects, cold-calling potential customers, following up on incoming leads and generating leads.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with our client base that generate further growth.
