About the role

This is 7 month fixed term contract (with a possibility of extension)


Reporting into the Health and Wellbeing Manager, you will assist with the maintenance of health and wellbeing programs, liaising with third party suppliers to ensure programs are delivered as per agreements, and research and present potential new health and wellbeing initiatives.

You will also provide support to the HCF Health and Wellbeing team with relevant projects or initiatives to support their strategy and ensure operations efficiency.


Key responsibilities

  • Support the Health and wellbeing team in delivering Health and wellbeing strategy
  • Coordinate and maintain health and wellbeing programs for members and employees to align with the Health and wellbeing strategy and overarching HCF's objectives
  • Assist with key Health and Wellbeing projects, implementation of employee challenges/activations
  • Support the Health and Wellbeing team with administrative duties including invoicing, monthly reporting and liaison with Finance and suppliers
  • Design and create strategic PowerPoint presentations relevant to the Health and Wellbeing strategy
  • Responsibility for the HCF employee wellbeing strategy and portfolio in line with objectives
  • Maintain updated information/register of the PHI competitor landscape
  • Assist with strategic project management and implementation
  • Assist key internal stakeholders to address and support them with their health and wellbeing needs.
  • Contribute to monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of the health and wellbeing programs
  • Presentations to new inductees regarding the health and wellbeing programs as well as adhoc employee presentation as required
  • Support Frontline staff with member enquiries regarding current programs
  • Assist with enhancements/expansion/rationalisation to current programs to ensure uptake, effective disease management and risk identification

  • Strong interest in health and wellbeing
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent Project management knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Project
  • Ability to streamline and manage processes
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced Powerpoint and formal presentation skills
  • Clear focus on the market in regard to member's needs and expectations
  • Marketing/agency/advertising experience is highly desirable
  • Health and wellbeing background is highly desirable
