The Role:
You are closely aligned with the Quality of Care Principles and can support, educate, and mentor the rest of the team.
This position is a permanent part-time position offering 23 hrs per fortnight at our Lady McKusker House in Duncraig.

Key Responsibilities:
- Vacuums, sweeps, dusts and mops all designated areas.
- Maintains appropriate resident interactions in line with the organisational values.
- Considers resident lifestyles and personal choice.
- Responds to emergency cleaning requirements as directed
- Maintains effective interpersonal relationships with others.
- Utilising appropriate channels for assistance guidance and concerns.
_Essential Criteria:
_
- Proven organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, as required.
- Demonstrated good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance _(within 6months validity)_
- Successful completion of preemployment form and reference checks
