ABOUT YOU
Our Hospitality Services staff work across a range of roles including kitchen hand, cleaning, and laundry. We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Service worker at our Duncraig facility. This role is offered on a permanent part time basis (33.5hrs per fortnight).

_You must be able to commit to all the shifts outlined below to be considered:

ABOUT THE ROLE


You will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, and providing assistance in the kitchen (making salads, baking cookies and bread etc.).

Further duties including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting and mopping designated areas of the facility in line with cleaning schedules; and working as a part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed each shift.


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Competent time management techniques in line with routines and schedules
  • Previous experience working within an Aged Care/Hospital environment (desirable)
  • Experience working with people with Dementia (desirable)
  • Valid Police Clearance no older than 6 months (or ability to obtain at interview stage)
  • NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
  • Evidence of Flu and Covid Vaccinations (including Booster if eligible)
  • Ability to pass a preemployment medical
  • Willingness to attend a paid 1day (Monday) induction at our Rivervale Training Institute
