About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher to bring an understanding of curriculum design and assessment, to support the Teaching and Learning Coordinator at the Padua Campus (Years 7 to 9).

Key Responsibilities
- Providing quality mentoring & coaching to support the development and professional growth of all teachers across curriculum areas as required.
- Support Faculty Coordinators and the Assistant Principal Academic Care with curriculum documentation requirements, and in managing mark book quality checks that are key to our reporting cycle
- Advise and manage variations to academic packages in consultation with students, families and Pastoral Care Coordinators, and Teaching and Learning Coordinator
- Support the delivery of the standardised testing schedule
- Work with Inclusive Education, Faculty Coordinators and teachers to consider the teaching resources for students accessing a modified program
- Support the implementation of national, local and system curriculum initiatives across the College.
Selection Criteria
- Be an outstanding teacher of experience and initiative who can work effectively with the curriculum team, colleagues, students and families;
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of contemporary issues and practices in teaching from Years 7 to 12;
- Contribute to the development of pedagogy and assessment practices across the curriculum;
- Support the College to build community with staff, students and their families;
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, students, parents and community members; and
- Promote stewardship of our Vision for a Catholic School in the Josephite tradition.
Qualifications
- Must hold a relevant Working with Children registration and Teaching Accreditation; and
- Must have commenced or completed relevant degree.
