Our Cafe Operations Manager Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you'll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest.
Efficiently manage F&B operations, maintaining high service standards and profitability.Oversee cost reports, identify cost reduction opportunities, and communicate with vendors.
Support and implement a positive working culture for the F&B team.
Develop and implement food and beverage standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with OHS, liquor license and implement responsible service practices.
Operate the point of sale system, manage stock control, and banking.
Manage recruitment, training and ongoing development of F&B team members.
Handle any escalated guest complaints and conclude with a positive resolution.
What you will bring Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Must have or willing to obtain Responsible management of licensed venues (RMLV).
Must have First Aid Certificate.
Experience in managing a Food & Beverage team.
Proof of working rights in Australia.
A positive ownership mindset & integrity.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Fit to perform manual handling tasks.
Food handling and safety knowledge.
