As our new Regional Educator, you will provide a key a role in delivering best-in-class clinical education programs to our workforce across Northern NSW.
You will also:
- Identify and support in the development, delivery, and evaluation of programs to address skills gaps, legislation changes and best practice across Residential Aged Care.
- Support Residential Managers to ensure their teams are compliant with mandatory clinical training requirements.
- Develop and improve the capability of our Registered & Enrolled Nurses to see consistent clinical outcomes.
- Work with Clinical Specialists to develop and deliver training to our workforce to meet the changing needs of our customers and consumers.
What we need you to have to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as nursing or other health or human services profession, quality management etc.
- Current APHRA and certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Strong appreciation of the Aged Care and other relevant quality standards and complianceWe can offer you:
