About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Young Academics, your role involves supporting the recruitment and hiring processes within the organisation.
Your primary responsibilities include facilitating the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent sourcing and acquisition

- Relationship Management
Key Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in the Early Childhood Sector desired but not essential.
- Experience with Jobadder, Seek, Employment Hero, LinkedIn.
- Experience in high volume recruitment across both managerial and nonmanagerial positions.
