About the role:


As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Young Academics, your role involves supporting the recruitment and hiring processes within the organisation.

Your primary responsibilities include facilitating the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, and collaborating with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in the Early Childhood Sector desired but not essential.
  • Experience with Jobadder, Seek, Employment Hero, LinkedIn.
  • Experience in high volume recruitment across both managerial and nonmanagerial positions.
