Overview:

  • Develop and support strategic recruitment efforts to achieve collection goals.
  • Plan and implement recruitment strategies and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor donor scheduling, flow, and customer service to enhance the donor experience.
  • Conduct operational audits to improve productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years related experience with 3 years in management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
