The Role
Reporting to the GM of People & Culture, you will be a commercially minded, resilient, and adaptable leader who will deliver strategies for recruitment, learning and leadership development, workforce planning and employer branding in line with our people strategy

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute a tactical employer brand strategy including brand messaging, collateral, and advocacy.
  • Design and implement learning needs assessment and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify development needs, create training initiatives, and provide coaching and mentoring opportunities to foster leadership growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to forecast future talent needs based on organisational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Develop workforce plans that align with the longterm vision of the organisation, ensuring we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
  • Utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives.
  • Identify trends, provide insights, and make datadriven recommendations to enhance talent strategies and improve overall organisational performance.

About You


To be successful in the role you will hold tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, with extensive experience in a strategic talent management role.

You will have experience in key operational areas such as employer branding, recruitment, learning and development, and succession planning. This role will suit someone who can develop trusted and influential relationships with managers and employees.

You will have a strong knowledge of contemporary best practices in talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent development.

You will be involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and collaborating with other departments to drive organisational effectiveness and promote a positive work culture.

Your ability to prioritise workloads, influence decision-making processes, and lead and develop high-performing teams will be key to your success.
