Role Responsibilities:
- Managing entire project from start to completion
- Manage clients and subcontractor relationships
- Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards
- Managing and maintaining the design process
- Coordinating and overseeing project documentation and reporting
- Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Managing project risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Software used: Jobpac / CHEOPS, PayApps, Procore & Hammertech or similar (Not a must have but beneficial & advantageous)
Role Requirements:
- Experience in the local Australian construction market, preferably on Commercial, Mixed-use and/or Residential (Apartment) projects valued from circa $35M - $150Mil
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Passion for construction and a high work ethic
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
