About the Role

  • A Building Services Manager is required to work on our $450M+ Huntingwood Data Centre project - Work secured within Data Centres well into 2028.
  • You will be responsible for major M&E packages on this Data Centre project.
  • You should be able to read and interpret drawings.
  • Manage and work closely with the M&E Sub-contractors and other Service Trades effectively.
  • You will work directly under the Project Manager, heading up a services team of 4, attend all the meetings and support him through the full life-cycle of the project.

To be successful in this role you would require:

  • A very strong focus on Building Services and preferably have a Mechanical or Electrical degree coupled with 10+ years' experience in the commercial construction industry
  • Commercial construction delivery experience on large projects
  • Extensive experience with Building Services on projects in excess of $200m
  • Ability to motivate and mentor those around you.
  • You will have worked for a Building Services sub-contractor or for a main building contractor fulfilling a senior level role
  • Steady employment background showing great tenure with past employers.
