The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Advisor to join our People & Capability team at Duketon.You will play a key role in contributing to the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives that support the organisation's overall effectiveness and performance.

About The RoleCollaborating with key stakeholders to identify organisational needs and develop solutions that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retentionDesigning, implementing, and evaluating organisational development programs and initiatives, including talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and change managementConducting comprehensive needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the organisation's structure, processes, and cultureProviding guidance and support to leaders and managers on matters related to employee development, team dynamics, performance management, and employee relationsAnalysing data and metrics to measure the impact of organisational development interventions and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvementContributing to the design and delivery of training programs that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and promote a culture of learning and development.
