Job description:

2XM Recruit are looking for a Spare Parts Sales Rep for a full-time position with our industry-leading client who falls within the automotive space. On offer is a salary of up to $85,000 and the opportunity to join a high-functioning and welcoming team.

Daily duties include:

  • Working with the stores team & arrange day to day duties and tasks.
  • Liaising with suppliers & customers
  • Promoting the business spare parts division
  • Calling new customers, expanding customer base
  • Phone sales with customers
  • Spare parts sales internal & external
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Liaising with workshop staff to ensure timely parts deliveries.
  • Ensuring correct stock levels are kept up to date at all times.
  • Carry out regular stock takes with the store man.
  • Strong computer system skills, word, excel, PowerPoint, Epicor
  • Following up purchase orders, deliveries & back orders
  • Raising purchase orders
& completing goods receipts

  • Picking & packing spare parts for Workshop staff & customers
  • Ordering spare parts from interstate & local suppliers
  • Arrange freight from local & interstate suppliers
  • Forklift driving & unloading duties when required
  • Picking and packing parts for local & remote deliveries
  • Booking out spare parts to workshop jobs
  • Ensuring parts on job cards are correctly issued & priced
  • Ensure parts & services are purchased competitively
  • Ensuring the stores / office area is kept neat & tidy at all times
  • Able to use EFTPOS system as required
