Your Opportunity


We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the Change Management Office (CMO) by providing expert coordination, analysis, and reporting for our change initiatives.

In collaboration with the CMO Manager and key stakeholders, you will contribute to the success of our change management efforts.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Maintain the change calendar by updating it with pertinent milestones and activities
  • Support and liaise with stakeholders in the updating of the change calendar and gathering of change and relevant BAU information
  • Meeting administration including scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting and sharing of meeting minutes and actions
  • Update reports and pipelines and general CMO administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the internal comms team to align messaging and communication strategies for change initiatives
  • Coordinate change activities that are allocated to the internal comms team to ensure completion in a timely manner e.g., digital change artefacts, FAQs, guides and other change documents
  • Assist in the development of change communication plans for change initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with project/change scope and goals
Requirements for Success

  • Understanding of foundational change management concepts, methodologies, and best practices
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey change messages clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to identify and engage with key stakeholders at various levels within the organisation
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for change management and communication
  • Ability to adapt to evolving situations as the Change Management Office is established
  • Prior experience in a change or project management role, demonstrating successful implementation of change initiatives
  • Experience in coordinating projects/change initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope and goals
