About the Role
In this role you will work with management to develop, implement and enhance organisational processes, along with:
- Recommending improvements to support the Business Aspect team
- Preparing and analysing operational, financial & management reports
- Reviewing financial statements, sales analysis and activity reports
- Focusing on end of month reporting and reconciliation
- Monitoring and helping balance resourcing supply and demand, tracking project delivery and performance and helping monitor and manage commercial risks
- Contribute towards success of the overall business through improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of operational management
- Assist in the identification, sourcing, onboarding and development of team
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience supporting operations for a consulting, advisory or professional services firm
- Demonstrated experience in finance, management, business operations or technology
- Proven experience within a project management environment
- Strong background in finance and resource management highly desirable
- An energetic thoughtleader who is comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
- Demonstrated understanding of the management of a commercial business
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to analyse data and write clear and concise reports
