Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain an engaging, trusting, collaborative and safe, partnership with relevant Business Groups and the Fleet team members.
  • Create a work environment that fosters engagement, active participation and working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Actively contribute to creating positive and leading Fleet maturity and climate.
  • Implement the direction set by your people leader.
  • Manage personal workload and ensure you have the tools and resources to deliver position outcomes effectively and on time, and in a manner that is consistent with organisations goals and priorities.
  • Provide administrative support to project manager and Fleet team
  • Maintain project files and documentation, ensuring they are wellorganised and easily accessible.
  • Handle projectrelated communications and correspondence, both internal and external.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for project team members when necessary.
  • Act as a point of contact for projectrelated inquiries and information.
  • Provide confidential, professional, administrative support for the daytoday operations of the function
  • Process key and card requests
  • Conduct Fleet system audits
  • Maintain Fleet reports in our incident management system
  • Document management

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Fleet Coordination / Fleet Admin / Logistics
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbally, with all levels of internal staff
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong computer skills
  • Good initiative when responding to challenges in a pressured and changing environment
  • Effective problemsolving ability and a keen eye for detail
  • Able to exercises tact, diplomacy and discretion when required
  • Must have full Work Rights in Australia and be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check
