Immediately Hiring Our fleet of vehicles is any car enthusiast's dream job with a vast range ready for your passion, experience, and organisational skills. You will be facilitating all administrative tasks in relation to our fleet.

Full-Time (working 38-hours per week) Position available Standard Monday to Friday work weeks (flexible start and end times) Staff parking provided Sydney Airport based Large, stable international company

About the role

In this role you will complete all administrative tasks in relation to the maintenance and damage of our fleet, in a timely and efficient manner. This role will directly report to the Workshop Manager.

What you'll do

Processing accident reports and quotes in applicable internal systems Liaising with internal and external customers in relation to accident damage Raise, maintain and receipt Purchase Orders Ordering parts where applicable Liaising with vehicle repairers on quotes and invoices where applicable Answering phone enquiries and providing breakdown assistance when necessary. Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision

What we're looking for

Hold a full and valid driver's licence, Previous experience in a administrative role Excellent organizational skills Attention to detail Strong communication skills both spoken and written
