THE OPPORTUNITY


Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand has an exciting opportunity for a
HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Sydney.

Reporting to the HR Director, this role will provide general and administrative support across all elements of the HR function.


The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Publishing all open positions on internal and external platforms.
  • Conducting initial phone screens for ECP and Non-Manager roles and supporting the AHRM with Executive & Manager screenings if needed.
  • Coordinating first interviews, case studies and final interviews with hiring manager(s).
  • Managing administration for onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Providing general administration support to the AHRM and HRBP.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

  • at least 2 years' experience in recruitment and/or HR coordination
- strong administration skills
- good understanding of the luxury industry
- good computer literacy (specifically MS Excel & Powerpoint)
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong integrity and honesty
