Rise with us as a HR Coordinator In this position you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and be exposed to many areas of HR and the employee life cycle.

You will support the Northern/Eastern Operations HR team to be based at our Chullora site through the coordination of recruitment and onboarding of waged employees across the regions, administration, and supporting various HR initiatives/ projects.

Purpose of the role

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process for all operational waged positions across all sites in the North/East region; including advertising, scheduling of interviews and coordinating pre employment checks
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new waged hires including contract administration and providing support throughout the onboarding process
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team; employment variations, offboarding process, ad hoc reporting as required, coordinate recognition program and engagement surveys
  • Support various HR initiatives within our People Strategy
About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline with experience gained in a fastpaced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in an HR Coordination/ Recruitment role
  • A passion for building relationships, strong communication skills and a collaborative style
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • High level of personal integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
