A career-defining opportunity has now become available for a mature and well-versed individual to join this phenomenal team, based in their Lower North Shore Office.

Your key mandate will be to support a beautifully maintained portfolio and strengthen loyal client relationships with the help of a Senior Property Manager.

The Position
In the role of Junior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a liaison between tenants, landlords and owners regarding prospective tenants, agreements, repairs, and tenancy termination
  • Conduct ingoing and routine inspections.
  • Resolve all repair and maintenance requests.
  • Develop relationships to bring in and build new managements (and be rewarded for it)

The Person

  • Previous property management experience is essential.
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a love of relationshipbuilding
  • A selfmotivated team player who is full of ideas and willing to get their hands dirty
  • Immaculately presented with a mature and professional demeanour
  • Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
