Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Scheduler role is an integral part of our overall customer / service experience with responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Answering of incoming telephone calls
  • Customer and vehicle database management
  • Providing administrative support to the Service team
  • Planning service appointments and managing Workshop loading
  • Full time position. Monday to Friday
  • Cheerful and welcoming demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in automotive workshop operations
  • Intermediate MS Office skills. Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Experience in ERA Power
  • Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Consistently punctual and reliable
  • Conscientious and selfmotivated with a strong eye for detail
  • Committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to go the extra mile


Previous experience in automotive service advising / workshop control or a similar role would be highly regarded, however applicants with suitable experience in other industries are also encouraged to apply.
