Our Office Manager position is a full-time position based out of our Sydney office (Pymble). This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus and pays a competitive hourly wage.

Reporting to the ANZ Country Manager, our Office Manager will enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial team touching all aspects of the Australian business within a growing local team that is part of a well-established US organization.

What You'll Accomplish
Our Office Manager loves wearing multiple hats and working on a variety of projects. This individual is a collaborator who becomes the natural hub of any team they join.

In their day-to-day work, they will:

  • Execute daytoday administrative tasks for the office and the local leadership team. This includes but is not limited to calendar management, correspondence, mail duties, travel planning, updating databases, processing customer orders, and managing expenses.
  • Collaborate with our corporate teams to ensure corporate policies are translated appropriately into local policies and procedures. As part of this work, this individual will also recommend and implement adjustments to policies and procedures to ensure both consistency on a global level as well as smooth operations locally
  • Be responsible for the execution of administrative tasks across accounting, operations, sales, and marketing functions

Specifically for this role, we need a Wellie who:

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, handling a wide range of administrative and support-related tasks
  • Can work independently and be successful with mínimal supervision
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills and is comfortable communicating with a wide range of personalities
  • Is comfortable using intermediate Excel functions including as vlook ups and pivot tables
  • Has used a CRM tool successfully in the past
  • Can demonstrate a basic understanding of accounting principles and human resources practices
  • Possesses excellent time management skills and can multitask and prioritize their own work
  • Demonstrates solid problemsolving skills
