This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for the automotive industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in identifying their automotive parts needs.
  • Utilize electronic cataloguing systems and parts manuals to accurately identify and locate the required parts.
  • Provide customers with accurate quotes and recommendations for suitable parts.
  • Process parts orders and maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department area.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive parts role is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive parts and components.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic parts cataloguing systems.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in identifying and locating parts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
