We are continuing to build our high-performing team, that has collaboration, transparency, and an innovative mindset at the heart of everything we do.

As we take Ksubi to the next level globally, we would love for you to join us on the journey on a 12-month contract as People & Culture Manager.

Reporting into the CEO, this standalone HR role, is Ksubi's go-to HR and Talent expert that supports on new people projects and collaborates with the Head's of Department to drive the people strategy through the retail, US wholesale and support office teams.

A senior contributor to the wider leadership team, and an ambassador for the HR approach - this role is best suited for an influential personality, someone who understands the bigger picture and finds satisfaction in genuinely helping others find their dream role.


  • This role is based in Ksubi's Sydney Office, in Rosebery._

A Day in the Life...

  • HR across investigations, performance management, annual reviews, misconduct, exit interviews, mental health, and preventative consultations etc to give staff a voice and ensure the right steps take place in a fair, reasonable way
  • Develop valueadd initiatives to facilitate a highperforming culture, enhancing the opportunities for our people to thrive collectively and as individuals
  • Lead and drive high levels of engagement across our team through various initiatives that promote retention and career satisfaction
  • Build and drive the Ksubi global talent strategy, managing endtoend recruitment processes briefing, advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback and offer to ensure we quickly get access to the best in the market
  • Support in the team's professional development, enabling Ksubi to deliver companywide people programs through supportive coaching and inclusive leadership as well as the performance review process
  • Be a strategic thought partner for HRrelated issues for leaders within Ksubi
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of legal and compliance requirements to ensure all work is done to limit business risk
  • Undertake reviews of the HR related processes and practices to ensure they support the business, enable managers and team members
  • Ensure we meet our statutory and ethical responsibilities from an occupational health and safety perspective
  • Whilst Payroll is outsourced, this role is responsible for the seamless execution of fortnightly payroll & rem reviews
  • This is a standalone P&C role, HR reporting and administration does play a part

This is you if you have

Technical/Specialist Skills/Experiences

  • 4+ years' experience in a HR Business Partnering, generalist or HR Manager role
  • A diverse understanding of HR programs ranging from performance management, capability development, leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, organisational design and development, and reward programs
  • Experience in the talent space, preferably high end, or streetwear retail
  • Experience using HRIS and ATC, sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools
  • Genuine love, experience and understanding of the fashion and retail industry
  • Developing capability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes
  • Hands on and willing to be responsible for all aspects of HR, Safety and Talent
  • Degree or Diploma qualification in Business/HR is desirable
  • Experience in HR across UK/US is an advantage
