What you'll be doing:
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and adeptness in cultivating strong client relationships.
- Engage in strategic advisory tasks, including analysing management reports and conducting client meetings to drive business growth.
- Preparation of Financial Statements and Taxation Returns for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships for our larger clients
- advising clients on business structures, various tax and other accounting advice
- Effectively manage a client portfolio, overseeing workload distribution among support staff.
- Take on a leadership role by mentoring and managing staff to foster professional growth and development.
- Consistently achieve KPI standards to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in a public practice (Required)
- Strong client facing experience
- CA or CPA qualified
- Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting
- Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in XERO and MYOB
- A positive attitude and be a 'peoples person'
- Warm and inviting nature
