THE JOB

The Client Manager is a member of the Support and Operations team, collaborating to enhance ticketing services for clients by sharing knowledge and feedback. Building strong client relationships by maximizing benefits from Ticketmaster technology and marketing initiatives is key.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Directly overseeing the management of a specific client base to maintain excellent relationships and meet contractual obligations.
  • Exceeding client service level agreements, educating clients on procedural guidelines and product updates, and implementing ticketing strategies for future events.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate communication about upcoming events and services committed to clients.
  • Developing policies and procedures for Client or Venue Box Offices, working closely with Venue/Client Box Offices to provide maximum service.
  • Supporting new initiatives and product developments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring signed Ticketing Agreements are in place before events.
  • Entertaining clients, attending functions, working flexible hours, and carrying out duties as requested by the Regional Area Manager.
  • Traveling interstate when necessary.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (TECHNICAL SKILLS)
  • Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to resolve conflicts with clients, and handle difficult conversations effectively.
  • Research/Analytical - Up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, marketing, and technological advances.
  • Computer literacy - Proficiency in Windows Office Suite and familiarity with various ticketing systems and products.
  • Flexibility - Ability to adapt to changing business needs and deal with complaints effectively.
  • Customer/Client Focus - Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
  • People Management & Leadership - Effectively managing internal and external customer requirements and leading by example.
  • Initiative - Proactively responding to business needs and deadlines.
