At Mona Vale Care Community, we are in search of an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join the core of our care community.

This position offers a full-time, permanent opportunity, with working hours from 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Undertaking general administration tasks within the Care Community as needed
  • Verifying timesheets against rosters prior to submitting payroll
  • Communicating with residents and families regarding new admissions and general queries
  • Conducting tours of the facility for potential residents and their families
  • Handling Accounts Payable/Receivable processes
  • Assisting with reception and other administrative tasks when necessary
