At Mona Vale Care Community, we are in search of an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join the core of our care community.
This position offers a full-time, permanent opportunity, with working hours from 9am to 5pm.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Undertaking general administration tasks within the Care Community as needed
- Verifying timesheets against rosters prior to submitting payroll
- Communicating with residents and families regarding new admissions and general queries
- Conducting tours of the facility for potential residents and their families
- Handling Accounts Payable/Receivable processes
- Assisting with reception and other administrative tasks when necessary
