Partner Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service-related relationships with channel partners.
  • Manage projects, financials, and business development with partners.
  • Identify and nurture new opportunities with partners.
  • Support qualification and assessment of opportunities.
  • Act as the primary contact for client interactions.
  • Present the organization to external clients.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Typically, 5+ years of proven track record in a related field.
  • University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of IT and services industry.
  • Knowledge of company organization and services offerings.
  • Ability to analyze root causes and lead teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in desktop applications and financial tools.
  • Strong planning, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence within a team.
