The Role

Working as a payroll administrator with Baxter ANZ, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of pay for all Baxter employees in Australia and New Zealand (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) and in accordance with relevant laws, industrial instruments & Baxter policies and procedures.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity which would be a good fit for an experienced payroll professional looking to work with an organization that really cares.

Role responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Undertake day-to-day and end-to-end payroll activities ensuring smooth running of payroll
• Ensure employee payroll records are accurate and up to date to enable timely payroll processing
• Maintain and provide support on the Time and Attendance system (Kronos RealTime)
• Respond to enquiries in a professional, timely and courteous manner
• Set up of new employees and calculation/processing of final payments
• Assist with the reconciliation of superannuation and PAYG obligations
• Partner with the team for process improvements and system maintenance

About You
It will be good to have Real-Time knowledge/experience.

You will also have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and a solid understanding of EBA's and Awards.
