This role would suit a new home sales consultant that has previously worked in the custom or volume home sector.

You are looking to work close to home and with a locally owned and operated business.

  • The company continues to enjoy positive growth and has a strong pipeline of work with a good supply of land on offer.
    Remuneration
In regards to pay, the current salary band is between $65k - $75K + Commissions + Super

  • Pay packages will be worked out directly with the successful applicant._

The important bits:

As the New Home Sales consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Relationship building with new and existing customers. Dealing with mainly first home buyers and downsizers, this role would suit someone with a mature mindset.
  • Day to Day duties would include meeting with your customers, appointment setting, face to face consultations.
  • Work closely with the design team who strive to continually evolve the designs and inclusions in their homes.
  • Be in the know Maintain your market knowledge, keep your ear to the ground and listen out for the latest in real estate and development news.
  • Have the team culture in mind, you are not a lone salesperson, you will be working within a team that strive to maintain its culture and values.
  • You will work closely with the management team who are handson and involved with the business
  • Your typical work week is Wednesday
  • Saturday.
This role will be based within the office and two new display homes. _(Display homes are located within close proximity to the office)_
