About the Role and Company:
Our client operates a well-established community pharmacy in Sydney's Inner West. As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient dispensing of medications using Fred Dispense, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with a dedicated team, including another pharmacist, front-of-shop assistants, and a retail manager, to maintain a high standard of care.

This role involves managing a significant volume of scripts daily, ranging from 120 to 200, and ensuring that all pharmacy operations are compliant with regulatory standards. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the pharmacy's success, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the pharmacy.

You will have the opportunity to work overlapping shifts with another pharmacist. The position offers full-time hours, including a mix of weekday shifts and a preferred Sunday shift, providing you with a stable and predictable schedule. The role offers an immediate start.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Pharmacist: Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and current General Registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience: Previous 1-2 years experience in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Fred Dispense.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin/ Cantonese or Korean would be beneficial but not mandatory.
