You'll also collaborate with senior leaders across the Group to establish clear performance metrics and targets and assist in the preparation and writing of annual remuneration disclosures and ASX notifications for executives.

You'll also get to put your analytical and problem-solving hat on, researching and conducting market analysis and benchmarking to evaluate the competitiveness of executive reward packages, non-executive director fees, and remuneration approaches for other specified role categories. Additionally, preparing Board and Remuneration committee submissions related to reward and governance for executives and specified role categories will be included in this opportunity.

As an experienced Senior Executive Reward professional, you will demonstrate a strong analytical mind, with high levels of problem-solving ability to solve complex matters. You pride yourself on your ability to read, interpret and report on Remuneration data, with the ability to bring complex concepts to life for different audiences. Paired with strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, you have the ability to determine and prioritise immediate and long-term goals to deliver to our overall Group strategy.

You describe yourself as a connector, with proven relationship management skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels including the Board, Executive Committee, Senior Leadership Team, the broader organisation, and external parties including industry leaders, organisational bodies, and regulators. You will have a high degree of judgment as to the sensitivity of information and use that judgement to drive outcomes whilst always maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

We operate in a highly regulated, ever-changing environment so we are seeking a strategic thinker who thrives on change, whilst keeping abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to executive reward, ensuring the organisation's adherence to all legal requirements.
