As the Manager Patient Administration Services, you will facilitate collaborative partnerships and provide strategic advice to clinical services to ensure appropriate facility wide administration services are efficient, effective, and professional.
You will provide specialist operational and strategic advice to the Operations Manager and other key stakeholders.This is a key leadership role promoting a high standard of professional competence, accountability and ethical behaviour in line with the WMH Everyone's a Leader, policies and standards.
More importantly about you- High level of interpersonal savvy to manage conflict appropriately, communicate effectively and balance the needs of all stakeholders with utmost respect to all people at all times.
- Collaborates effectively, develops talent, values difference and builds effective teams to bring about best of resources to deliver healthcare services.
- Is patient / client focussed, demonstrates selfawareness and the effects of behaviour on others, deals with or manages ambiguity and complexity, demonstrates resilience in the delivery of patient services or support in the delivery of services to patients.
