Established property management specialist with offices located both North and South of the River.

Providing ongoing training for all employees, management's focus is on implementing streamlined checklists, procedures and support so you can focus on 5 star customer service.

The position, but not limited to:

  • Assisting with property management admin work
  • Following checklist procedures
  • Mainly office based. Drop off money at the bank and post office
  • Liaising with contractors and external stakeholders
  • Handling all calls and delegating to the appropriate person
  • Database management
  • Prepare marketing material if required
  • General adhoc admin duties
