The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone.


We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Towers In-Room Dining team in an entry level food and beverage role on a part time permanent night shift basis.

In this role, you'll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests

As well as:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multitasking
  • Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge

About you

You'll bring the following:

  • A passion for customer service
  • Ability to work on permanent night and overnight shifts
  • Ability to communicate with FOH and BOH teams
  • Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
  • Excellent time management skills

Additional Information:

To be successful, you'll:

  • Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate.

This role requires you to:

  • Work on permanent night and overnight shifts
  • Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks
