**The Role**

Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Pearl Room team.

With stunning 180 degree views of the city skyline, VIP Gaming Room, the Pearl Room, has a quality of light and outward focus that is unrivalled anywhere in the world.

The Pearl Room features an exclusive gaming environment, dedicated bars and in room dining and member only promotions and events.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge

**About You**

You’ll bring the following:

- 1 + Years Bar Attendant Experience
- 24/7 Flexibility to work
- Strong Beverage and Cocktail Knowledge
- A passion for customer service
- Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
- Excellent time management skills

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you’ll:

- Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate

This role requires you to:

- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
- Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks
