This role offers an opportunity to become a pivotal part of the planning team, both leading and growing a team within the QLD market.


  • The planning team are a dynamic and fast paced team. We are looking for a leader to continue to enable us to deliver quality, commercial planning outcomes for our existing clients and beyond. The right person will make this role their own, therefore the specifics of the job tasks are up for discussion.
    Skills and experience
Not only will you bring a great attitude and enthusiastic approach to your work, ideally you will also have:

  • A degree in town planning or equivalent
  • 10+ or more years working experience within a consulting business with direct experience in a town planning, property, development
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, retain and grow client relationships
  • A thorough understanding of project budgets and deliverables while maintaining excellent client service that we are known for
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take the initiative and be proactive in your workplace and implement new ideas
