You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other skilled team members.

Team Leaders will work alongside team leaders to assist supported employees to carry out lawn and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients to contribute to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.


A day in the life of a Team Leader, Lawn & Garden Maintenance

  • All aspects of gardening, lawn care and grounds maintenance.
  • Mowing multiple lawns per day
  • The Team Leader will support the General Hands to build positive team relationships that reflected our values.
  • Supported employees are assisted to develop new skills and achieve employment goals.
  • Tasks were completed consistent with instructions from team leaders and supervisors, as well as contract specifications and scheduling requirements.

About you

  • Hold a current NSW police check or willing to obtain.
  • Hold a current NDIS Check or willing to obtain.
  • Be able to work in a team environment.
  • Hold a current full driver licence.
  • Must be confident in towing a trailer.
  • Have communication skills as you will need to liaise with our clients when needed.
  • Must be fully vaccinated plus Booster
