- Documentation and Training: Ensure all work-related documentation is processed and completed in a timely manner, and identify and implement appropriate training for MUNS staff in conjunction with management.
To be successful in this role, you will need a valid manual C-class driver's licence and a First Aid certification, or be willing to obtain. Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within a busy work environment is essential. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of working in hot weather, and have a strong understanding of safety procedures.
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring scheduled and unscheduled maintenance/service works are completed.
- Experience with machinery operations (e.g., Bobcat, excavator, front-end loader licences).
- Operate and Maintain Chainsaws Certificate.
- Prior experience working with Aboriginal corporations or in the non-profit sector.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
