What does your day to day look like in this role?

  • Support employee engagement from onboarding to offboarding procedures
  • Own and deliver special HR initiatives or projects as needed
  • Lead and resolve employee relations issues with diligence and compassion
  • Escalate to Managing Director any issues where external consultation is required, to engage expert consulting on HR matters or immigration VISA processes
  • General HR administration, HRIS and reporting
  • Collaborate with global HR team members to identify and share best practices, support or create new programs, and foster a HR culture of excellence.


What you will bring to the role that will make you shine:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar HR Generalist, BP or Coordinator role
  • Knowledge of and continuous learning in employee engagement, employment law, employee relations and project management
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS suite tools
  • An excellent communicator who explains complicated concepts simply and clearly
  • An approachable, open, and visible HR representative who builds trusting relationships through perceptive listening and high emotional intelligence.
    • Appreciation and experience thriving in a multi-cultural work environment
