Your role as an Order Fulfillment Officer, you'll be at the heart of our spare parts supply chain.

Your mission involves coordinating the seamless processing of spare parts orders across our extensive network of Komatsu Distribution Centers (DC) in Queensland.

You will also oversee back orders from esteemed Komatsu Australia Suppliers.

This entails initiating orders, expediting deliveries, and ensuring that precise Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETA's) are communicated promptly and accurately to our internal customers.

What we are looking for:
  • Knowledge of supply chain process is advantageous
  • Proficiency in enterprise systems such as P-Mates, Microsoft AX would be highly regarded
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with International & Domestic freight tracking
  • Effective oral & written communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Prior parts experience highly regarded
  • Strong customer focus with a positive and proactive approach
  • Demonstrated ability to be selfstarting, resultsdriven, and industrious
  • Proven capacity for organisation and timely updates
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills is required
