You'll contribute to:

  • Efficiently process provider payments and common law claims settlements, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving paymentrelated issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes, optimise workflow efficiency, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organisational policies and legislative standards, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
